Tracy Fletcher

Tracy Fletcher started their career in 2005 as a Senior Associate at Metropolitan Group, where they worked until 2014. During their time at Women Employed from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Development Officer. Since 2014, Tracy has held various roles at Perspectives Charter Schools, including Director of Student Recruitment and Vice President of Enrollment & Student Retention.

Tracy Fletcher attended Northern Illinois University from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History/Black Studies. Tracy then went on to attend DePaul University from 2000 to 2002. Tracy also obtained a certification in Responsible Business Leaders from the United Way of Metro Chicago in 2023.
