Sandra Wiktorko has extensive experience in business relations and data protection, currently serving as a Business Relations / Personal Data Protection Specialist at Perspektywy Women in Tech since January 2017. Prior roles include Project Manager for Employer Branding and Monitoring at Grupa Absolvent.pl, as well as various positions at GoldenLine Sp. z o.o., focusing on strategic client management and sales. Early career experience includes roles in sales and recruitment consultancy at Grupa Progres, HumanWay, and PGB Human Resources. Sandra Wiktorko holds several postgraduate degrees from Kozminski University, including a specialization in GDPR, alongside degrees in Serbian and Polish Philology.

Through our flagship campaigns Girls As Engineers! and Girls Go Science! we managed to increase the share of women at technical universities in Poland by 10%. We also conduct countless inspirational activities for young women in technologies and science: IT for SHE, Shesnnovation Academy and Girls in GameDev to name a few. š Our main event, the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit, a conference for women in STEM, Tech & IT, was the first climate-positive event in Poland and inspired a new era of sustainability and responsibility. We implement climate-positive solutions and set best practices through all of our work. Perspektywy Women in tech Summit 2023 will take place on 14th & 15th June in Warsaw.
