Jena Brooks

Jena Brooks is a versatile professional with extensive experience in management, dance instruction, and the performing arts. Currently serving as Studio Manager at Perspire Sauna Studio since April 2022, Jena also holds roles as Assistant Studio Manager and Commission Sales Associate, focusing on client experience and sales. As a Dance Instructor at Dance 101, Jena leads ballet and contemporary classes while choreographing routines for showcases. Additional roles include Peer Mentor and Barre Instructor at barre3, where Jena supports the development of new instructors and promotes wellness through fitness. Jena has also worked as a Professional Actor with Daniel Hoff Agency and as a Fashion Model with CLICK Models of Atlanta. Previous experience includes roles as a Fashion Stylist for Stitch Fix and Personal Shopper for Lowes Foods. Jena holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Florida State University.
