Leena Bhakta

Leena Bhakta is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Franchise Owner and Operator at Perspire Sauna Studio since January 2024, specializing in infrared heat and medical-grade red light therapy. Prior to this, Leena held multiple roles at Cerner Corporation from 2009 to 2023, including Senior Manager of Associate Learning & Development, Operations Manager for Global Payroll & Benefits, and Analyst for HR Incentives. Leena's early experience includes an internship in Organizational Development at Blistex Inc., where significant contributions were made to improve organizational policies and procedures, and a role as a Human Resource Assistant at International Consulting Technology, focusing on employee relations and recruitment. Leena holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Middle Tennessee State University.
