Cees Sloothaak

Cees Sloothaak has an extensive background in operations management, change management, and optimization. Cees has held roles such as Director of Operations, Manager Operations, Interim Manager & Consultant, Site Manager, and Production Manager in various companies including Perstorp Group, Tank Cleaning Europoort B.V., Erca Emery Surfactants B.V., and DSM Coating Resins. Their responsibilities included overseeing production, managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving overall performance.

Cees Sloothaak completed their HAVO education at Markenhage College from 1989 to 1996. Cees then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Technology at the University of West Brabant from 1998 to 1999. Subsequently, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Process Industry Chemical & Technical level B from the Regional Education Center (ROC) from 2001 to 2003. Continuing their education, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Process Industry Chemical & Technical level C from Technicom from 2007 to 2011. Their educational journey concluded with a Bachelor's Degree in Company Management from Dutch Commercial Educational Institute from 2012 to 2016.
