Elisa Swanson-Parbäck

Elisa Swanson-Parbäck has a diverse work experience starting as a Shop Manager and PADI Diving Instructor at Finn-Suit Ky in 1995. Elisa later moved to roles such as Sales & Product Manager at the same company until 2004. In 2005, they transitioned to Axis Communications where they took on various roles including Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Segment Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Global Solution Marketing Manager. Elisa then joined Perstorp Group in 2018 as the Global Marketing Manager for Specialty Polyols & Solutions. Elisa later held roles as Director Global Marketing - Engineered Fluids and currently serves as Business Development Director for Sustainable Lubricants. Additionally, they have experience in International Relations at Malmö University in 2002.

Elisa Swanson-Parbäck completed their IB Diploma in English Language and Literature at Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu in 1995. Elisa then went on to Lund University, where they earned a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration in 2005, followed by a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration in 2003. In 2007-2008, they attended the Swedish Institute for a management program for international talents. In 2015, they furthered their education at Berghs School of Communication, focusing on strategic project management.
