Rafael Morales Gil

Rafael Morales Gil has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as General Manager for Latin America at Perstorp Group since July 2012, having previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager. Notably, Rafael was the first person hired in Mexico for this role, leveraging strong customer relationships and market expertise to develop effective business strategies. Prior to Perstorp, Rafael worked at Eastman Chemical Company as Senior Account Supervisor, achieving a remarkable 20% revenue increase over two years. Earlier roles include Technical Sales Supervisor at Industria Química del Istmo and Polyurethane Technical Sales at Bayer MaterialScience. Rafael holds a Master’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
