Thomas Barothy

Thomas Barothy is an experienced professional in the legal tech and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Interim Legal and a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board for PERSUIT®, Barothy also holds the position of Senior Advisor at Catylex and CEO of PartnerLex AG, which focuses on angel investments in legal tech aimed at optimizing legal costs and enhancing collaboration within Corporate Legal Departments. Barothy's extensive background includes leadership roles at UBS, where responsibilities encompassed Group Legal Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director roles related to Swiss resolution planning and risk management. In addition, Barothy has co-founded ValueFirst Management Consulting AG and served as a Consulting Manager at IMG AG. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Zurich and further studies in Angel Investing at Columbia Business School.
