Olga Barsky-Molotov

Olga Barsky-Molotov is an experienced QA Manager and NPI Engineer at Persys Group since October 2020, with a strong background in process engineering. Prior roles include Process Engineer at Mapi Pharma, and Process Technologist/Engineer at Vishay Precision Group, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed process stabilization, experimentation, statistical analysis, and employee management. Olga also served as Project Engineer in both the Project & Mechanical discipline at HENSEL PHELPS and as Project Engineer at AVIV AMCG Management & Consulting.
