Aldy Benanda

Aldy Benanda is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel II for Litigation at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga since April 2016. Previously, Aldy held various senior legal roles within the company, including positions in business development and corporate matters, and regional legal affairs. Aldy also has experience in retail banking legal operations at PermataBank and completed an internship at Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha RI. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of Patra Bikers Community. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Airlangga, MBA from the School of Business and Management ITB, a Master of Notary, and ongoing doctoral studies in Law at University of Brawijaya.
