Patty Buchanan

Patty Buchanan is a seasoned civil engineer and project manager with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at Perteet Inc. since September 2017, Patty specializes in managing and providing design services for diverse projects, including municipal utilities, surface water, streetscapes, and site design across Washington and California. Previous roles include Senior Civil Engineer at MIG|SvR and Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer at SvR Design Company, alongside earlier experience at RoseWater Engineering and Black & Veatch, where responsibilities encompassed environmental design, construction management, and utility design. Patty holds a Master's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and an MBA in Sustainability from Seattle University, along with a Bachelor's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
