Carey has worked for Pertemps for the last 18 years and has implemented and managed a number of RPO, outsourced and modular solutions for Pertemps largest clients, most notably Transport for London, Royal Mail, and Powergen. Carey creates, implements and manages RPO Solutions where Pertemps is able to support organisations by deploying the right individuals or teams to perform their clients own resourcing functions whether on or off-site. Today there are over 40 organisations (and rising!) who are benefiting from these solutions nationally.

Carey has successfully worked and developed existing RPO contracts for the last 18 years building the Shared Service Delivery Centre (SSDC) in Reading that delivers many of their RPO, MSP, Volume Recruitment Solutions, Graduate Recruitment Campaigns in addition to their modular service offerings including sourcing and screening, testing and assessment and pre-employment screening (PES) solutions.
