Cat Brown

Cat has been with Pertemps since 2001, initially in Branch operations before joining the Corporate Business team in 2005. She now leads their volume and multi-site temporary and permanent workforce solutions business development activity across the UK. Cat’s experience ranges from solution build and implementation to taking responsibility for the operational delivery of national contracts with large volume contingent workforces, so has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to successfully deliver flexible and scalable supply models.

She also has experience working with clients on a consultative basis, deploying quantitative analysis to identify process and operational improvements and has a successful track record in implementing strategies to reduce the cost per head ratio. She completed a Six Sigma Green Belt course in 2013 and has since used her knowledge and experience to build unique, flexible supply models designed to drive best practice and continuous improvement but her background in operations ensures a practical approach is taken to delivery, resulting in recruitment solutions that are both credible and sustainable.
