Tracy is the Group HR and Quality Director and as such is responsible for the strategic direction of the People Capital function including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR, Governance and Compliance and Communications. In her role, she partners with the management teams to develop people strategies and plans for the business.
Tracy joined Pertemps 40 years ago and in this time, has supported the business and its growth from less than 500 employees to over 30,000 today including their contingent employees. Together with her team, Tracy supports the business in attracting and developing exceptional talent and creating environments where people can thrive – promoting an environment to champion and deliver growth related people change.
Throughout her career with Pertemps Tracy has always worked with worked with a collaborative approach to ensure Pertemps grows as a cohesive, successful and compliant organisation. Her breadth of experience is extremely valuable to the clients ever growing businesses.
