Nicola Barr (FIRP) is a seasoned recruitment professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. Since January 2003, Nicola has served as a Director at Pertemps Network Group, one of the UK’s largest privately owned recruitment agencies, renowned for generating a turnover exceeding £600 million and providing immediate and strategic solutions across both public and private sectors. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Direct Resources from August 1999 to December 2002, and Contracts Manager as well as Branch Manager at Pertemps Network Group between February 1996 and August 1999. Nicola holds an educational background from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
