Rachael le Cornu

Rachael Le Cornu serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Perth Airport since September 2019, having previously worked as a Senior Associate in the banking and finance group at Herbert Smith Freehills from March 2013 to September 2019. Rachael provides legal expertise in various financing transactions, including project finance, property finance, acquisition finance, and corporate finance. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with first class honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting, both from The University of Western Australia, where attendance spanned from 2007 to 2012. Prior education was completed at Mercedes College between 2002 and 2006.
