Paul Vushemasimba

Paul Vushemasimba is an experienced Registered Regional Services Manager with a strong background in managing care support services for individuals with complex needs and learning disabilities. Currently employed at Perthyn since July 2015, Paul oversees operations in the East Midlands region, leading a team of 9 Support Managers and 10 Deputy Support Managers across 12 services. Prior to this, Paul served as Services Manager at Affinity Trust and Advance Housing and Support, focusing on day-to-day operations, staff management, and ensuring compliance with National Care Standards. Paul holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care from Grantham College.
