Iai Arip Ihsan Harahap

Arip Ihsan Harahap, IAI, has extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as the High Rise Manager in the Design Center division at Perum Perumnas since March 2016. With a career beginning in 1991, Arip held positions as a Draftman and Architect across several companies, including roles as a Senior Architect at PT. Cipta Indah Citra and PT. Dinamika Teknik Selaras, where responsibilities included liaising for projects in the Kalimantan region. Arip's notable projects include managing the Megamas Manado Commercial Estate and the Mandala Pratama Permai Industrial Estate. Education includes a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Indonesia and further studies in energy efficiency and solar energy applications through international courses.
