Muhammad Aditiya Candra has a diverse work experience in various companies. Perumnas didirikan sebagai solusi pemerintah dalam menyediakan perumahan yang layak bagi masyarakat menengah bawah. Perusahaan didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 29 Tahun 1974 dan disempurnakan melalui Peraturan Pemerintah No. 83 Tahun 2015. Sejak berdirinya, Perumnas selalu tampil dan berperan sebagai pioneer dalam penyediaan perumahan dan permukiman bagai masyarakat berpenghasilan menengah bawah.
