Muhammad Hidayat Isa

Muhammad Hidayat Isa has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Muhammad Hidayat has worked at Perum Perumnas as both the Head of Education and Training Department and as a Senior Staff in the Research and Innovation Department. In these positions, they planned, implemented, and evaluated employee training programs, managed internship programs, and conducted research in the real estate field. Muhammad Hidayat also initiated a research program for new green and affordable house products and secured research funding. Additionally, Muhammad worked as an Education Consultant at Schoters and as a Guest Lecturer at Universitas Agung Podomoro. Prior to these roles, they held positions at Perum Perumnas as an Officer in the Project Budget Planning Department, a Junior Staff in the Research Department, and completed On the Job Training as a Marketing Staff.

Muhammad Hidayat Isa has a diverse education history. Muhammad Hidayat obtained their Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya in the years 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued further studies and completed a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, from the years 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in IELTS C1 CEFR from IDP Education Ltd. Most recently, Muhammad Hidayat Isa enrolled at the University of Groningen in 2020 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Studies, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
