André Holstein

André Holstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. André began their career in 2005 as a Tennis Coach at FastSports, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they transitioned into web development as a Web Developer at OrangePurple, specializing in website development. From 2015 to 2016, André worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Portugal, where they focused on maintaining and improving business processes for a client in Angola. During this time, they also served as a Padel Tennis Coach at Lambert Club. In 2017, André joined Schindler Lifts Australia Pty Limited as a Trades Assistant, a role they held until 2018. André'smost recent position is as a Fullstack developer at Perx Health, where they are responsible for developing various software components, including admin dashboards and customer portals. André's technical skills include frontend development using Reactjs and Redux, server-side development using Node.js and PostgreSQL, and working with technologies such as Auth0 and AWS.

André Holstein completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Engineering from the same institution in 2014. Before pursuing higher education, André attended Escola secundária D. João V from 2002 to 2005, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. In terms of additional certifications, André Holstein obtained an IELTS English Certification with a Band Score 8 at the C1 level, awarded by the institution IELTS Official.
