John Rovetto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at PES Benefits since March 2020, John has played a key role in developing cybersecurity policies compliant with industry standards and successfully managing multiple acquisitions. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., where leadership in marketing and communications led to the execution of over 80 unique marketing strategies, enhancing the company’s market presence. Previous experience includes risk management at KPMG, where John identified key risks for investments, and an analyst role at the Governance and Accountability Institute focusing on sustainability reporting. Additionally, John has a foundation in retail leadership from Whole Foods Market. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
