Tim Hubka is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and employee benefits sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at PES Benefits since January 2022, Tim Hubka focuses on enhancing employee benefits technology and solutions. Prior to this role, Tim Hubka held various leadership positions at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. from June 2006 to January 2022, including Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Sales. Tim Hubka's earlier experience includes project management at IBM Kenexa and multiple roles within Healthcare Services Group, Inc. Tim Hubka holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Accounting from Concordia University, Nebraska, completed in 1999.
