Jim Embke

Jim Embke, MBA, is an accomplished IT Systems Manager at PESI, where responsibilities include leading complex project management for cross-enterprise strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder communications. Previously, Jim served as Managing Director and President at the National Business Institute (NBI, Inc.), driving significant annual growth and overseeing a multi-million dollar P&L. Additionally, Jim excelled as Vice President of IT, Admin & HR, focusing on cultural change and business transformation. Earlier experience includes acting as Director of IT at Mayo Clinic Health System, where technology leadership and integration during a period of rapid expansion were key contributions. Jim holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a BS in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
