Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates through three segments: Construction works, Manufacturing and trading of polyurethane, and Others. The Construction works segment is engaged in constructing buildings, infrastructure and project planning cum implementation contractor. The Manufacturing and trading of polyurethane segment is engaged in manufacturing and trading of polyurethane and building system. The Others segment is engaged in investment holding and provision of management services. The Company's subsidiaries include Pesona Metro Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in Engage in construction works; Pesona Saferay Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacturing and trading of polyurethane products; PM2 Building System Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacturing and trading of construction panels, and Megah Mestika Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in investment holding.
