Joseph Kulmann

Joseph Lee Kulmann is an experienced professional in the field of customer relationship management and digital service operations. As CEO of Pessoalize since June 2018, Joseph leads a BPO that specializes in various digital communication platforms including chat, email, and WhatsApp. In addition, Joseph serves as a partner at Liquid Tecnologia, contributing to the development of five distinct startups. Previous roles include consulting for Espaçolaser, where Joseph focused on enhancing customer journey management, and co-founding Huggy, significantly increasing annual recurring revenue during tenure.
