Felicity Porter is an experienced leader in post-merger integration and project management, currently serving as the Post Merger Integration Manager at Pest Partnership since February 2024, where responsibilities include leading a global integration programme and developing an Integration Playbook. Prior to this role, Felicity held the position of Head of Integration at Air IT from September 2020 to February 2024, overseeing comprehensive integration programmes for newly acquired businesses. With a strong background in IT project management, Felicity also served as Programme Manager for Infrastructure and Cyber at Eversheds Sutherland and Senior Project Manager roles at Littlefish and Center Parcs. Felicity started the career as a Project Manager at BSS Group and ClinPhone, and holds a 2.i BSc (Hons) in Combined Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
