Florian Mohs

Florian Mohs is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, currently serving as a Partner at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law since 2016, after progressing from Associate to Junior Associate within the same firm. Florian's expertise encompasses international commercial arbitration, litigation, and debt enforcement, with a particular focus on sales law and the commodities sector. Prior to joining Pestalozzi, Florian gained experience as an Intern at Russell McVeagh in 2005. Florian holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Victoria University of Wellington, a Dr. iur. from the University of Basel, and a Ref. iur. from The University of Freiburg.
