Heather Piper

Heather Piper is a seasoned Human Resources Manager with over twenty years of experience, currently overseeing HR functions at PestCo, a prominent holding company with 800 employees. In this role, Heather manages multi-state employment law, payroll, benefits, and employee relations, while also facilitating the integration of new acquisitions. Previously, Heather founded Oh My Snaps and held HR positions at various companies including WYCO Field Services and American Residential Services.
