Svitlana Novosad started their work experience in 2012 as a Customer Service representative at ARKA coffee shop. Svitlana then moved on to JCS "Yamuna" where they worked as an Assistant Export Manager from December 2012 to March 2013. After that, they had an internship at Klenk GmbH & Co. from March 2013 to September 2013. In 2013, they also worked as a Production Assistant at Neugebauer GmbH from October 2013 to February 2014. Their most recent position is at pester pac automation GmbH, where they started as a member of the After Sales Department in March 2014 and eventually became the Head of Customer Service in February 2020.

Svitlana Novosad completed their education at LCC International University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Rivne Gymnasium from 2005 to 2008, where they studied German linguistics.
