Ben Schoener is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in managing defense-related programs. Currently serving as a Program Manager at P E Systems, Inc. since November 2020, Ben previously held similar roles at ARCTOS and Advanced Core Concepts, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing a contract team and ensuring the successful execution of projects for the DoD International AIMS Program Office. With a solid background as a Test Engineer in the United States Air Force, Ben developed an acquisition strategy for a $14 million program and led a maintenance team of 260 technicians responsible for the upkeep of 32 aircraft valued at $417 million. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy, completed in 2013.
