Ben Sunderland has over eight years of work experience in the Supply Chain and Procurement industry. Ben began their career in 2013 as a Buyer - Indirect Materials at General Motors. In 2015, they moved to Ideal Shopping Direct as an Assistant Merchandiser. In 2016, they joined Robert Walters as a Recruitment Consultant, Supply Chain. In 2017, they moved to FutureYou as a Recruitment Consultant, Procurement. From 2018 to 2022, Ben worked at Morgan Consulting in various roles, including Associate Director, Supply Chain & Procurement, Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement, Practice Leader, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Senior Recruitment Consultant, Supply Chain & Procurement. Currently, Ben is working at Pet Circle as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Supply Chain), where they are responsible for creating and executing the talent attraction plan across the Supply Chain function, supporting ongoing Supply Chain projects, and talent branding and EVP.

Ben Sunderland obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Strategic Supply Chain Management) from the University of Birmingham between 2011 and 2015. In February 2019, they earned their LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter certification from LinkedIn.
