Jim Carlton-Moyle

Jim Carlton-Moyle has worked for four companies since 2008. Jim began their career at Trivantage Group Pty Ltd as an Electronic Technician (Apprenticeship) where they received intensive training in troubleshooting, installation and technical procedures of computer-based equipment. Their responsibilities included maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of low voltage electrical systems.

In 2012, they began working at Dan Murphy's as a Forklift Operator. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Knauf in various roles including NSW Warehouse Manager, SA Warehouse Manager, and Customer Service Supervisor. Their responsibilities included leading 7 direct reports, managing customer delivery times, and ensuring delivery within scheduled times.

In 2018, they began working at Pet Circle as WA Operations Manager. Jim was solely responsible for the state's performance and managed growth to the scale of 5x over four years. Jim also held the role of Warehouse Manager, where they were responsible for leading 7 direct reports covering 110 staff.

Jim Carlton-Moyle completed a Certificate IV in Computer Programming at Central Institute of Technology in 2007-2008. Jim then went on to complete a Diploma in Logistics and Distribution at Central Institute of Technology from 2013-2015. Finally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University from 2015-2019.
