Neha Gilson

Neha Gilson has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2010. Neha began their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Infotech, where they analyzed, developed, and implemented reusable DFC code and Documentum jobs. In 2013, they moved to Tata Consultancy Services as a Sr. Software Engineer and Module Lead, where they were responsible for the migration of 50,000 business critical documents from Documentum to SharePoint. In 2017, they worked as a Data Scientist Intern at Ahold Delhaize, where they visualized data to comprehend and analyze hot spots in the store, modelled a backend rule based recommendation engine, and ideated and developed an alerting system for proactive sales monitoring. In 2018, they worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Chewy. Neha currently works at Pet Circle as a Sr. Customer Insights Analyst and Customer Insights Analyst. Neha also held a Graduate Student role at Northeastern University from 2015-2017.

Neha Gilson completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from MPCCET in 2010. Neha then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems from Northeastern University in 2017.
