Bethany Hammann has extensive experience in the veterinary and animal care sectors, holding various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Process Improvement Manager at Pet Food Experts since December 2016, Bethany has also held positions as Customer Experience Operations Manager and Customer Care Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Bethany worked at Ocean State Equine Associates from 2011 to December 2016 as Staff and Facilities Manager, and at Massachusetts Equine Clinic from 2008 to 2011 as a Laboratory Technician. Bethany's earlier roles include Office Manager/Technician at Falls Road Veterinary Hospital and Veterinary Technician at both Massachusetts Equine Clinic and New England Horse Care Center.
