Joe Carras

Joe Carras serves as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Pet Food Experts since March 2025. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Director of National & Strategic Accounts at Animal Supply Company from May 2023 to March 2025, and Chief Merchandise Officer at New Mexico United from October 2021 to May 2023. In earlier positions at PepsiCo from November 2016 to October 2021, Joe excelled as Territory Sales Manager for Frito Lay and held roles as Unit General Manager and Senior Key Account Manager. Joe's career began at Target, where responsibilities included managing a large retail store as Store Director from September 2006 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.
