Kevin James has extensive experience in customer service and product management within the retail food sector. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Pet Food Express since March 2014, Kevin is responsible for customer service, education, and signage creation for the sales floor. Previously, Kevin worked as a Deli Clerk at Lucky Supermarket from July 2005 to January 2014, focusing on customer service, food preparation, and food production. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Design Studies with a concentration in Graphic Design from San Jose State University, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2017.
