Jesse Haas

Senior National Director, Programs at Pet Partners

Jesse Haas has been working in the field of education for over 10 years. Jesse started out as an Instructor of African Studies at Flathead Valley Community College. Jesse then became the Service Learning Assistant at the school, where they helped students connect with service opportunities in the community. In 2006, Jesse moved to Bard College, where they became the International Program Manager. In this role, they helped students find programs that would allow them to study abroad.

In 2008, Jesse left Bard College to become the Associate Director of Customized Programs at Augsburg College. In this role, they oversaw the development of 75+ customized education abroad programs that served over 1,000 students each year. Jesse remained in this position until 2016, when they left to become the Senior National Director of Programs at Pet Partners.

Jesse Haas completed a Master of Arts in International Education at the School for International Training, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Creighton University, and two study abroad programs at the Beijing Institute of Technology and Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. Jesse also attended high school at Cretin-Derham Hall.

Their manager is Mary Margaret Callahan, Chief Mission Officer. They are on a team with Moira Smith - Evaluator & Instructor Support Specialist, Lisa Heald - Senior Member & Volunteer Support Coordinator, and Colleen Stoner - Manager, Volunteer Leaders.
