Tammy Goulet-Warren

Tammy Goulet-Warren is an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant with a career spanning over two decades. Since November 1995, Tammy has worked at Encompass Health as a full-time COTA/L. In addition to this role, Tammy has been involved with Pet Partners and Intermountain Therapy Animals since 1998 and 2009 respectively, serving as a Team Trainer and Evaluator for Therapy Animals at both organizations. From January 2011 to December 2021, Tammy also worked as a Per Diem COTA/L at Life Care Centers of America. Tammy holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from Becker College.
