Robb Hagestad

Robb Hagestad began their career in 1996 as the Director of International Treasury at Blockbuster. In 1997, they moved to Centex Homes as Vice President of Finance and was responsible for completing due diligence, negotiating acquisitions, and integrating five additional companies in one year. In 1999, Hagestad became the Chief Executive Officer of ICP, Inc. (Import Car Parts) and transformed the company by implementing cloud-based integrated software solutions. Robb also became an Adjunct Business/Economics Professor at The Art Institute of Dallas and taught two classes per quarter for over 8 years. In 2010, they joined Brand Elements, LLC as Managing Director, a management and investment firm focused on companies transitioning from entrepreneurial to professional management. In 2013, they became an Adjunct Professor of Business at Antioch University. In 2016, Hagestad joined Hawke Media as an Entrepreneur in Residence and provided deep dive operational and industry intelligence to existing client portfolio companies. In 2017, they became a Fractional CEO/CFO/COO Consultant at Your CFO for Rent. Finally, in 2022, they joined Pet Pro Supply Co. as COO/CFO/Brand Manager, the leading marketplace of products for dog trainers, groomers, veterinarians, and "pro" pet parents.

Robb Hagestad holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BS in Accounting/Finance from Trinity University.
