Stephen West

Stephen West is the Founder and CEO at Pet Video Verify Inc. West has over 21 years’ experience in information technology and software. He received his first computer at the age of 8 which was a TI-99/4a and started writing BASIC code on the TI-99/4a. This computer captured his intellect at a very early age. West began his career at a startup during the dot-com boom era where he helped build the network infrastructure for the first 3D Internet Browser called ViOS (Visual Internet Operating System). West helped build a paperless information system that spanned 7 states in the United States for the Housing and Urban Development of the United States. He has held positions and worked in a variety of businesses ranging from the Federal and State Governments of the United States to startups. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management Concentration Management Information Systems from North Carolina State University and an Associates of Applied Science in Computer Networking from Wake Technical College. West is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. West also holds leading computer certifications Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional Enterprise Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate. West has taken post-graduate courses at Harvard Business School, Duke University and East Carolina University.
