Pasi Fränti is a Professor at the University of Eastern Finland since 2000. Previously, Pasi served as an Opponent at Tampere University of Technology in 2008 and worked as a Post-doctoral researcher at the Academy of Finland from 1996 to 1999. Early in Pasi's career, Pasi held the position of Assistant at the University of Turku between 1992 and 1995. Pasi Fränti earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Turku, where Pasi also received an MSc in Computer Science.
