Frank Arcadi, P.Eng. has extensive experience in product management and strategy development. Frank is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Petal, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Frank held the role of Vice President, Product Management at Sphera Solutions from 2010 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading the delivery of content-driven enterprise software solutions. Frank's work at Sphera Solutions also involved drafting go-to-market playbooks and ensuring competent execution of sales and marketing strategies. From 1997 to 2010, Frank worked at Atrion International, initially as a Business Consulting Manager and later as EVP - Product Strategy and Direction. During their time at Atrion, Frank spearheaded corporate strategy and successfully launched multiple new product compliance solutions. Frank also formulated a comprehensive five-year turnaround business plan that led to an acquisition offer. Frank began their career as a Senior Sales Engineer at RACAN, where they provided technical support and sales assistance for HVAC products.

Frank Arcadi, P.Eng. has a Bachelor of Engineering (BACC) degree from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Before that, from 1987 to 1989, they completed a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Pure and Applied Science at College Bois de Boulogne. In terms of additional education and certifications, Frank attended the McGill Executive Institute in 2005 for training in Essential Management Skills. Frank also completed ISO 9000 Internal Auditor training at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal in 1996. Frank Arcadi, P.Eng. holds several additional certifications, including Customer Centric Selling, ISO 9000 Internal Auditor, Pragmatic Marketing Certified, and Solution Selling, although the specific details of when and where they obtained these certifications are not provided.
