Kathleen Kelly has extensive experience in technical solutions and customer service, currently serving as an Expert in Solutions - Enterprise Sales at Petal since May 2014, where roles have included Team Leader for B2C/B2B software support and Senior Technical Advisor. Prior to Petal, Kathleen held positions at Simon Giguère Produits Pétroliers inc. as an Assistant to the CEO, focusing on marketing and customer service, and at Van Houtte as a Customer Service Agent. Additional experience includes roles in store management at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and customer service management at Bunzl Canada, along with earlier positions in airline services and self-employment in crafting. Kathleen holds a DEC in Graphic Design from Cegep du Vieux-Montréal.
