Najib Rhafael Alves El Alam

Najib Rhafael Alves El Alam began their work experience in 2002 at HSBC, where they worked as a Pensions Business Analyst until 2005 and then transitioned to the role of Pensions System Analyst until 2009. In 2009, they joined Serpro Brasil as a Full Stack Developer, where they were responsible for implementing system enhancements using classic ASP and later took on the role of Team Leader, providing technical leadership and resolving incidents. From 2015 to 2018, Najib served as the Software Development Team Manager at Serpro Brasil, overseeing critical projects, conducting status meetings, and promoting a culture of identifying and fixing production issues. Currently, Najib works as a Software Developer at Petal, starting in November 2022.

Najib Rhafael Alves El Alam pursued their education in a chronological manner, completing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SPEI - Sociedade Paranaense de Ensino e Informática from 2004 to 2008. Najib Rhafael Alves then went on to pursue a Postgraduate degree in Java Technology from the Federal University of Technology - Parana from 2010 to 2011.

Additionally, Najib obtained the Verified International Academic Qualifications certification from the World Education Services in October 2020.
