VP Customer Experience at Petal

Yaël Ricquebourg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of VP Customer Experience at Petal, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Success Account Director at Petal from May 2021 to January 2022.

Yaël also served as the Executive Director at Fondation PalliAmi, a foundation dedicated to providing care and support to individuals at the end of their lives, and their loved ones, from April 2017 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Yaël worked as a Development Officer at Puzzle Production from December 2005 to December 2007. In this role, they collaborated with major industry stakeholders, managed licensing and catalog development, and contributed to album and compilation launches.

Yaël Ricquebourg's education history includes a variety of qualifications in the field of business and management. In 2005, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication and Human Resources Management from Rennes School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a BTech in International Trade from Lycee Saint Louis. Moving forward, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rennes School of Business, which they completed in 2008. Most recently, in 2018, Yaël obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in Healthcare from McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management.
