Ramakrishna Reddy Kunreddy started their work experience in 2011 as the Founder and Lead of the Mobile Computing Group at MCG BITS Pilani. This student-driven research group focused on generating ideas for research and implementing them as usable prototypes.
In 2010, they worked as a Project Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, where they were responsible for software development in the Computer Assisted Housekeeping Unit. Ramakrishna Reddy maintained and enhanced web services such as the Course Registration System, Course Management System, Alumni portal, and Employee Payroll.
From 2011 to 2011, Ramakrishna served as a Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani. Ramakrishna Reddy led weekly meetings and supervised student projects for SDET skill-oriented courses, including Web development with Java and Android Application Development.
In 2012, they joined Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer, specializing in research and development of optimization techniques for Cisco WAN Optimization product-WAAS. Ramakrishna Reddy also focused on Microsoft SMB (V1 and V2) protocol acceleration.
Since 2014, Ramakrishna has been working at Petasense, starting as a Software Engineer and then advancing to the role of Technical Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Software Architect. Petasense is a startup in the enterprise/Industrial IoT space, providing wireless sensors that connect to the cloud to improve operational efficiency.
Ramakrishna Reddy Kunreddy completed their education in a chronological order. From 2005 to 2009, they attended CVR College of Engineering, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science Engineering. Following that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science.
