In this role, John inspires and coaches district leaders and store partners to enhance adoptions and fundraising efforts within the assigned region. Prior to this, John was a General Manager at Petco from February 2014 to July 2017, focusing on fostering a culture of engagement and education for pet owners. John's career began at CVS Caremark Corporation, where from January 2009 to February 2014, John excelled as a Store Manager, driving sales and nurturing customer relationships while overseeing employee training and development.
