Efrem Venters

Efrem Venters is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President Global Sourcing and Quality Assurance at Petco since May 2021, Venters previously founded Bridgemore Inc., a San Diego-based wholesaler and supply chain services company. Prior roles include Vice President of Distribution and Logistics at Jack in the Box, where strategic oversight was provided for 27 distribution centers, and Director of Operations at Otter Products, managing the transition of the LifeProof brand following its acquisition. Venters' career also includes leadership positions at CareFusion, Resources Global Professionals, and Hewlett Packard, as well as a foundation in the military as a US Navy Officer. Educational qualifications include a BS in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Information Decision Sciences from San Diego State University.
