They have held significant roles in various organizations, including serving as Global Director of Product Development/Sourcing at Toys R Us, where they managed a $1 billion global sourcing and product development department. Previously, they were Vice President of Merchandising at Fortunoff and Vice President of PD/Merchandising at Lenox, both of which contributed to their expertise in product development and merchandising strategy. Michael obtained a BA in liberal arts from The College of New Jersey and brings a wealth of knowledge in international business and branding strategy.
